We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust on my own property. We run this as a family, so if a unit falls short, that is on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly what we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
